一、参展产品

本次Chinaplas 2021国际橡塑展展出的是全新一代薄壁高速精密注塑机HJ480E，一次性食品包装制品的首选。配置了最新研制成功的单缸注射系统，注射速度达到520mm/s，注射重复精度0.1%内。用高响应专用伺服液压系统，伺服控制器和伺服电机响应时间小于20ms，液压系统满载响应时间40-60ms。料温加热系统采用纳米红外加热圈加热，外部几乎无散热，高效节能，有效降低车间环境的温度。注塑机节能45-70%，到达国家一级节能标准。

H系列采用高速注塑机专用电脑控制，响应快，功能强，操作简便，根据高速机的运行特点开合模能智能自适应设定运行参数，减少人工设定参数，运行更为平稳高速，无冲击。开模定位精度0.2mm，实时运行跟踪曲线。具有智能自学习功能，智能远程控制和群控接口。

现场展示的是一出十二奶茶杯成型，生产周期7.8s，期待您莅临参观！

The main product we bring for CHINAPLAS 2021 is a new generation of thin wall high-speed precision injection molding machine HJ480E, which is the first choice for disposable food packaging products.

1.The machine is equipped with newly developed single-cylinder injection system, the injection speed can reach 520mm/s, and the injection repeat accuracy is within 0.1%.

2.With high-response dedicated servo hydraulic system, the response time of the servo controller and servo motor is less than 20ms, and the full load response time of the hydraulic system is 40-60ms.

3.The material temperature heating system uses nano-infrared heating band, with almost no external heat dissipation, which is high efficiency and energy saving, so to reduce the temperature of the workshop environment efficiently.

4.The injection molding machine can save energy by 45-70%, reaching the national first-level energy-saving standard.

5.H series machine adopts special computer control for high-speed injection molding machine, which has fast response, strong function and easy operation. According to the operating characteristics of high speed machine, the controller can adjust parameters intelligently and adaptively during mold opening and closing, which reduces manual  parameter setting and makes machine running more smoothly in high speed and without impact. The mold opening positioning accuracy is 0.2mm, and it has real-time operation tracking curve, intelligent self-learning function, intelligent remote control and group control interface.

What we displayed on site is the production of 12 cavity milk tea cup, cycle time 7.8s. We are sincerely looking forward to your visit.
