From April 25 – 28, 2016, Leistritz Extrusion Technology not only exhibits a ZSE 40 MAXX twin screw extruder at Chinaplas in hall E1/stand T41. The German extruder manufacturer also presents its new ZSE CC series.

Together with its Chinese subsidiary Leistritz Machinery (Taicang) Co., Ltd. the German company showcases a ZSE 40 MAXX twin screw extruder. ZSE CC

The co-rotating twin screw extruders of the ZSE CC (Classic Compounder) series has been designed for Asian customers with high quality standards. In the first instance four extruder sizes with screw diameters of 27, 40, 50 and 60 mm will be put on the market in 2016/17. The machines have an OD/ID of 1.50 and a specific torque of 10.5 Nm/cm³. The maximum screw speed is 1,000 rpm.

ZSE CC

ZSE CC(经典配混机)系列同向旋转双螺杆挤出机是专为亚洲客户设计的高水准挤出机。螺杆直径分别为27, 40, 50和60毫米的四款挤出机，将于2016/2017年首次面市。该系列挤出机外径/内径比率为1.50，比扭矩达10.5 Nm/cm³。最高螺杆转速可达1000转/分钟。

China is a huge market for extruders in which Leistritz has been active for many years, since 2011 with its own subsidiary Leistritz Machinery (Taicang) Co., Ltd. &http://source.w7000.com/upload/images/2016/4/01abfc750a0c942167651c40d088531d.png8222;The ZSE MAXX twin screw extruders are manufactured in Germany and therefore are too cost-intensive for many projects here,“ Anton Fürst reasons the decision for introducing the ZSE CC. &http://source.w7000.com/upload/images/2016/4/01abfc750a0c942167651c40d088531d.png8222;We want to offer an alternative to our Asian customers in order for them to be able to benefit from the machine and processing competence of Leistritz. We provide this with the ZSE CC, which ideally unites German art of engineering and local sourcing.“
